This week has had its ups and downs.

On Fathers day I destroyed, not crashed but DESTROYED my unlimited class Nyx. To keep it short I think I had a failure with the elevator pushrod. The plane went into a tumble like a 3D acrobatic plane. It was over faster than what you just read. That one hurt.

Thursday evening was a lot more fun. I counted 9 club members flying during the evening. It was a good evening of flying just a little breezy as a front was going through. It did not slow the flying down any. Afterwards a group of us retired to Chubby Rays Pizza for some food and hanger flying.

I encourage more of the club membership to join us on Thursday evenings.
